Pre-Order Policy

Thank you so much for choosing to pre-order with PrettyGalBoutique! We truly appreciate your patience and support while we create pieces made just for you. Please review our pre-order policy below before placing your order:

Production & Shipping

    •    Production Time: 4–6 weeks

    •    Shipping Time: 7–12 business days once production is complete

    •    Orders will ship once all pre-order items are received.

    •    We’ll keep you updated with communication throughout the waiting period.


Payment: All payments are collected at checkout.

Pre-order items are limited in quantity and may not be restocked.

Returns & Exchanges

    •    Pre-order items cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once your order is placed.

    •    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution for you.

 

Customer Responsibility

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the production and shipping times listed above.

    •    Please double-check that you select the correct size before placing your order.

    •    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to sizing or shipping details.

    •    PrettyGalBoutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Unexpected delays may occur due to production or shipping issues outside of our control.

 

Combined Orders

    •    If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items arrive.

    •    To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

 

Carrier Deliveries

    •    Sometimes carriers scan packages as “Delivered” when they are still out for delivery. In most cases, they arrive within 4 business days.

    •    If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please wait 4 business days and check surrounding areas before contacting Customer Service.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PrettyGalBoutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”

    •    If you believe your package was mis-delivered, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
